Booking and Payments

By booking a tour with Elegant Algeria, you agree to the following conditions. Full payment is required to secure your booking. We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are:

• On the day of the tour: Refund up to 50% of the price.
• Medical cancellations: Full refund with valid certificate.
• More than 24h before: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before start.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss.

Our Responsibilities

Elegant Algeria is committed to ensuring your safety and enjoyment. We provide all services listed in the itinerary, but we are not liable for personal injury, death, or loss of property during the tour.

Your Responsibilities

Guests must hold valid travel documents (passport, visa if applicable), follow guide instructions, and respect Algerian cultural norms and traditions.

Changes to the Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, security). Alternatives of similar value will always be provided.
